Yes. We work with HOAs, property managers, contractors, and individual homeowners. Some products require system compatibility checks, so always confirm before ordering.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk pricing is available on many products like remotes, RFID stickers, and access cards. Quantities and pricing are shown on product pages. For custom quotes, contact us directly.
Q: Can you special order products not listed on your site?
Yes. We can source many brands and models outside of our standard catalog. Email or call us for a quote.
Q: Do you offer on-site service or installation?
Yes, for customers in our Arizona service area. We can also ship products nationwide for customers outside our area.
Access Control & Programming
Q: What’s the difference between BSN‑Programmed and Self‑Programmed?

BSN‑Programmed: We program your remote, fob, RFID tag, or card before shipping so it’s ready to use when it arrives. Best for customers who want a plug‑and‑play solution.

Self‑Programmed: We ship the item unprogrammed so you (or your installer) can configure it on‑site. Ideal for customers with an in‑house maintenance team or technician.

Gate Systems & Hardware
Q: Do you sell complete gate systems?
We sell gate operators, safety devices, and hardware for integration into new or existing gates. We also provide on-site installation in our local service area.
Q: Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes. We stock wheels, hinges, loop detectors, photo eyes, barrier arms, and more.
Q: Are your safety devices compliant with UL325?
Yes. All safety devices meet or exceed UL325 standards.
Locks & Security Devices
Q: Do you offer smart locks or Bluetooth locks?
Yes — we carry commercial-grade Bluetooth padlocks, mechanical locks, and specialty locks for gates.
Q: Are your locks weather-resistant?
Yes — many are IP-rated for outdoor use. Check each product description for specific ratings.
Shipping & Returns
Q: Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide within the U.S. Contact us for special arrangements outside the U.S.
Q: How fast will my order ship?
In‑stock items: Ship within 1–2 business days.
BSN‑Programmed items: May require an additional 1–2 business days before shipping.
Backordered items: Many are restocked within 3–10 days and ship via Ground Delivery at no extra charge once restocked.
Custom or bulk orders: We’ll confirm lead times when you order.
Q: What happens if an item in my order is backordered?
For domestic orders, we may ship available items first and backordered items separately at no additional cost.
For international orders, all items must be in stock before shipping. If you prefer to split shipments, email customerservice@bsnsecurity.com to request partial shipping — standard shipping charges will apply to each shipment.
If you wish to cancel a backordered item, email us at customerservice@bsnsecurity.com.
Q: What is your return policy?
Access control products (remotes, fobs, key cards, RFID stickers, etc.) are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for these items as they are pre‑programmed to you specifically once shipped.
Other equipment may be returned within 15 days of delivery with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and additional deductions may apply if parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging are missing or damaged.
If the item’s programming has been modified, registered, or activated, further deductions will apply.
Items that are not in re‑sellable condition will not receive credit and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Transformers and batteries cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.
Refused shipments will have return shipping costs deducted from any refund due.
Sale items and digital products are non‑refundable.
